Our group is interested in the structural dynamics of RNAs and RNA-protein complexes. By combining RNA and protein chemical biology with single molecule FRET spectroscopy, we want to understand how structural dynamics of these biomolecules govern their biological function. With these methods, we are currently focusing on RNA-modifying RNP complexes.
